I found this scent a few years back when I was looking around bath and body works at all the new summer scents. The women handed me the lotion and told me to try it out because she thought that I would like it and she was right. Then they had the buy two get one free sell going on so I bought two of the triple moisture body creams and got the body lotion for free. I love the smell. I love how smoothly it goes on and how well it moisturizes. Scent I feel like summer all year long when I use this lotion. The lime smell is so strong but i love it. I can faintly smell the coconut in the lotion but in the coconut lime body spray you cannot really smell it. I love them both either way. Absorption absorbs very well. I use this lotion along with a sunscreen in the summer when I go to the beach. I smell great all day while using a lotion that leaves my skin soft and moisturized without making it look greasy or oily. Effectiveness Great lotion for the whole body. I do not use this lotion on my face though even though I think it would be fine. I am worried about the perfume in the lotion getting into my eyes if I sweat. I use it on my legs and arms. Keeps them looking great.

I used to live off of this Bath and Body Works lotion. I am a little obsessed by their brand and I really do love ALMOST all of their scents that they have put out over the years. This one was just amazing though. I always got compliments from people and I would always rave to them about this great Coconut Lime Verbena lotion. I was brokenhearted when they decided to discontinue it. I still have some left around the house, of course, but I really, really am sad. This is such a great, hardworking lotion with such a wonderful smell to it. No greasy after feeling either. Scent AWESOME!! This is my favorite scent that Bath and Body Works has made. It smells so fresh and clean and fruity! Absorption This lotion absorbs quickly into my skin. Which is wonderful beause I detest the greasy feeling on your hands after application. Effectiveness It really works to relieve the dry itchies and keeps your hands soft and smooth all day.

I am not a fan of anything that smells or tastes like coconut but I decided to give the coconut lime verbena variety of lotion made by Bath & Body Works a try since I do love most of their products. This lotion was just as effective as the others in not irritating my skin and making it look healthy, smooth, and sleek. I was also surprised at how well I liked the scent of this lotion. The verbena component of the fragrance keeps the coconut from being too overbearing for me. I was also surprised to notice that I could not smell the lime at all and that this lotion smells like a hint of coconut mixed in with a subtle floral fragrance. Also, the fragrance starts off a little strong especially if it is applied right after you take a bath or a shower. However, it begins to fade away a little and becomes a pleasant scent. It smells good enough to me that I went back and purchased a few more bottles.

This Coconut Lime Verbena scent is relatively new in the Bath and Body Works line (probably around ten years or so), and I absolutely love it. Most of the scents in the Bath and Body Works Signature Collection are awesome, and this one is no exception. This body lotion has a rather thin consistency and is almost--but not quite--watery feeling. I recommend going for the coconut lime verbena body cream--it is thick and luxurious and knocks the consistency of this lotion out of the park. Anyway, lotion is lotion, but the scents are what make this stuff special and the reason that people go to Bath and Body Works to spend big bucks on personal care items. This lotion smells like coconuts and limes, but it's more than that, too. It evokes memories of summer and tropical breezes and lounging by the pool. I really love this scent, so even if the lotion isn't the best, I still recommend it.

I am not a perfume person. Even though I like to try different scents, when I find one I truely like, i tend to stick with it. I normally wear philosophy's Amazing Grace, and think it suits me. However, one day while visiting the local bath & Body Works store to buy candles, the sales clerk asked me to try this scent. i found it to be light, and refreshing. It is not overpowering and so strong that it can knock you over. It is crisp, light, and reminds me of summer time. I love the fact that it does last, but you can reapply it and it still isn't overbearing. The best part about it is the price. Bath and Body Works truly do have the best prices and value. I ended up purchasing 5 of these bottles, plus added the spritz. It's great for just stepping out of the shower. Thanks B&BW!

This scent if one of my favorites from the collection. I must admit that I like to wear it better in the summer than I do in the winter. However, if I am in a slump and feel depressed in the winter due to the weather and the winter blues, this is a great pick-me-up to remind me of warmer weather. It goes on easy, and is never greasy. The scent has some staying power, and I can still smell it during the day, but it is never overpowering like some of their scents are. I sometimes spray on the body mist with it since the scent is so light. I would say that I am much more fond of the body butters than I am the lotion, but I have never seen this scent in a body butter. Usually, there are several coupons available on line or at the bottom of most of their receipts. The store also always has some kind of promotion going on, so I have never paid full price for the product. This scent is also a hit amounts my friends.

My brother bought this for me when he couldn't find the shampoo and conditioner I wanted in this scent's line. I was a little skeptical at first because I have a specific lotion that I prefer to use. However, after using this one time, I fell in love. The smell is perfect, the texture is great, and it's long lasting. The lotion is creamy, and not greasy at all. There's nothing worse than greasy feeling lotion. It sits on top of your skin, and doesn't moisturize at all. With Bath And Body Works Coconut Lime Verbena Signature Lotion, it does just the opposite. It goes deep to moisturize and leaves you feeling silky smooth, soft, and smelling great. It's the perfect lotion to go with their body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I just wish I could buy a small, travel sized bottle so that I can carry it everywhere I go!

Bath and Body Works Signature Collection Body Lotion is definitely my favorite type of lotion to use out of all of the brands out there. However, it is generally the most expensive lotion out there because of the branding and quality. When the Semi-Annual Sale comes around, I usually stock up on the lotions and body sprays to get me through to the next one. My favorite scent out of all of these lotions is the Coconut Lime Verbena. This scent has an incredibly fresh and clean scent, that isn't overpowering. I can usually put this lotion all over my body, and not be afraid that the smell will overpower or choke people around me. There are many other scents that I have to be careful not to use too much to avoid that problem. This also keeps my skin moisturized and is a great choice for the summer to make my skin moist and refreshed! In some scents, the coconut can also be overpowering, but this is a very light coconut scent with the lime to cover it up!

Years ago when I would constantly recieve Bath & Body Works Lotion for gifts from every holiday, I was not a happy camper. For some reason it would always burn my skin. I recently came across an offer, that was offering me a free trial size of lotion. It is free, I can not pass up something like that! I went home, I worked out. I like to treat myself to a little something after a good workout. I used my Bath & Body Works shower gel while I took a bubble bath. After I got out, I applied the Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Body Lotion Coconut Lime Verbena scented. It glided over my legs. (I had not shaved in a week, but you could not tell the difference using this lotion! It felt the same as a fresh leg shave!) The smell was light and airy, not over powering. It really was the perfect finish to a perfect bubble bath. It did not burn, it did not sting or irritate my skin like it had in prior years. They changed the formula and I LOVE this product. It's creamy, and jus simply delightful!!!
