I LOVE this Country Chic Body lotion!! The smell is heavenly!!! The lotion goes on smooth, absorbs quickly and leaves my hands so soft!!! This lotion really helps out during the winter months when my skin gets really dry and cracks. Bath and Body did great when they made this fresh invigorating scent!!! Its not to strong, just right!

I went to Bath and Body Works one day to look for some potential Christmas presents, and came across the Country Chic lotion in the process. I was hooked immediately by the scent, and I never ask for lotion because of how much I have received in the past. Regardless, this lotion was placed on my wish list! Scent The imediate fresh scent is great, but wait five minutes before judging the scent because it gets better as you wear it. The scent is full and starts out tangy, but after rubbing it into the hands it becomes a little more sweet. It is a huge pick-me-up for when I am feeling overwhelmed! Absorption This lotion seems to absorb well and is thin enough to put on quickly and move on with the day. Effectiveness This lotion does what it is intended to do. It comes out thin and is easy to spread into dry hands. It works great for when I am working on a laptop because other lotions have the tendency to stick to the fingertips and leave a film of greasy lotion on the keyboard.

I always find myself going back and forth between Bath and Body works lotions. Sometimes I love them and other times I really don't. The Country Chic Body Lotion was a nice fresh scent. I was like walking through a meadow, but not such a strong flower scent that it was over powering. It had a little hint of other fruity smells as well. I received this as a gift set. I got the lotion, perfume and body wash. It was a nice set and I use it from time to time. The only problem that I have is that my hands can get dry and although this does do a good job of absorbing and moisturizing at first, it doesn't seem to last very long before my hands feel dry again. It is a nice lotion and I'm sure that it would work for a lot of people out there. I'm not sure if it's the perfumes or other chemicals in the lotion, but something doesn't work on my hands as well as other lotions have. If you don't have sensitive skin I would recommend giving Country Chic Body Lotion a try. It smells really good and seems to work for a lot of people. Scent I really liked the scent. It smelled like a light fresh flower smell. Like spring. Absorption It does absorb into the skin, but not as well as some other lotions out there. Effectiveness It seems like it would work for a lot of people. It did soften my hands, but only for a short time.

I purchased Bath & Body Works Country Chic Body Lotion because it was one of the smells that was included in a sale that BBW was having. I was a little iffy about the buy because the lotion smelled really girly to me in the store and I was afraid it would be too floral, and strong for me. But it smells amazing once it is rubbed in to the skin. This lotion claims to be an effortlessly sexy blend of sparkling lemon, bright wildflowers, and spring woods inspired by the fresh air and natural beauty of America's countryside. It lives up to this claim a hundred times over. The top, mid, and base notes for this lotion include a mix of fruits, and sweet smelling flowers. In the bottle it smells extremely overpowering which worried me but I was still determined to try it. It goes on strong, but it dulls out into this light, floral, fresh, and fruity fragrance. It smells really girly with out smelling either too old, or too young. And it does have a bit of a sexiness to it. The lotion absorbs quickly in to the skin and leaves it feeling soft all day.

Not only is this a very good lotion that absorbs deeply into my dry skin and makes my hands feel softer right away, it also has a wonderfully complex fragrance that makes me want to keep smelling it to name all the ingredients. Scent Delightful. I smell citrus. Wildflowers. An undertone of either amber or vanilla. It all is in pleasant balance that is intriguing and definitely sophisticated enough for a date or a special occasion. Absorption I rubbed a little on my arms and it soaked right in and made dry areas feel so much better. Effectiveness The pleasant effects last all day. In fact, it lasts from morning until evening.

Love the scent, brings to mind fields of flowers and sundresses. Of going to the creek and having some drinks around the bonfire. Smells like summer in the country. Lotion very moisturizing, however it leaves the skin slightly oily. The packaging is very appealing, with an attractive label.

This lotion has a great mix of floral smells. Smells more like a perfume to me than a lotion. Goes great with the body mist. Scent Smells great. The smell is very strong, Sometimes over powering. I have to use this body spray and lotion only every now and then because if I use it everyday I get a headache. If you are sensative to smells I would not recommend this product to you. Absorption Sometimes makes my legs look shiny but that is usually when I use the triple moisture body cream not the lotion. I use it on my hands to keep them moisturized especially when there is dry heat in the summer and my skin is more prone to cracking and chapping. Effectiveness I use this lotion on my legs and arms. i would not recommend this product for use on your face as it can burn your eyes from being to close and it can cause nose allergies. If i use this product near my nose then my nose instantly starts running. Great product overall.
