The Ballarini frying pan is one of my most often used kitchen items. I have had it for quite some time and in the past the pans I have had have lost the non stick finish, this one has really lasted. It is used daily and washed often and still works like new, using plastic spatulas to turn the eggs etc. I will never use another brand.
