we just purchased a 16 x 24 doughboy semi-inground pool from backyard masters and had a great experience - everything they said and promised was dead on! we have read some reviews prior and went in with some trepidation and very happily left with no complaints - the Staff was friendly, welcoming from the time we walked in to the time i turned the Pump on. When the installer turned on the pump we discovered a water leak in the top portion of the filter, called Backyard masters spoke to scott and he had the broken piece replaced immediately. Highly reccomend - from the installers, electricians down to the delivery guy everyone was a pleasure with very fair pricing. All in all dont believe anything anyone else has to say but us, we could NOT be any happier. PS we are a normal family living in the smithtown area with no affiliation to backyard masters. Backyard Masters is a pool and spa dealer based out of long Island NY. They have several locations across the island and boast some of the biggest showrooms around. They have more hot tubs on display than you can shake a stick at. Not to mention they even have several full sized above grounds up and running so you can see exactly what you are buying. No guessing about how big/small its gonna be when they deliver it. Their staff is very knowlegable about all of the products they carry and they don't mind answering questions. Backyard Masters is an authorized dealer for all of the top brands of above ground pools including Doughboy and Esther Williams to name a couple. They carry a huge line of spas including CalSpa and Bahama. For those of you that are looking for the real deal they also sell full sized fiberglass and vinyl lined in ground pools. I found that their sales people were more than happy to spend some time discussing features, options and pricing on all the services they offer. If you need parts or chemicles your in luck. Backyard Masters has a fully stocked parts department and even carry those hard to find retro parts for the Doughboy, etc. They have quality pool and spa chemicles in small and large quantities. They even have a service department which offers weekly maintnance for those of you who don't want to be bothered with the day to day maintnance like cleaning and chemicle balancing. And of course if you should have a problem they also have a staff of trained pool and spa techs that will come to your house for any emergency repairs or even just upgrades. There have been several retailers across the Island that have tried but only one that seems to have Mastered the business. I give Backyard Masters 5 stars. No complaints. I do reccomend stopping by one of their locations during the off season. They are open year round and run some amazing deals during the winter. You buy a pool or spa now at a steeply discounted price and have it scheduled for delivery and set up now, or early spring if you choose. I highly reccomend you check them out.

I have learned a lot about Patio Furniture in the last few months. Most people don't know the deference between higher end brand name patio sets and the cheap stuff. When you actually start shopping for patio furniture the difference is incredibly. One thing I have learned is that Backyard masters has top of the line outdoor patio furniture at prices that make it a no brainier. If you see the brand name selection like "Tommy Bahama" compared to the generic brands you cannot buy anything but the best or your getting no value what so ever. I have also researched the competition with the brand names and backyard masters has it in stock and will offer the lowest prices with red tag deals at the end of the season. Now please understand, the brand name isn't cheap but for the difference in price, quality and value there is no other choice unless your extremely budgeted.   Sincerely, Sharon
