I bought the Body-aline for my teenage daughter. She complained of constant back pain and had that unattractive slumped over posture that many teenagers have. Retired military here.This machine does exactly what it's supposed to do. Machine arrived fast, was easy to put together and very well built. I started using it 3x a day and my low back pain went from a 6-7 (on the pain scale) to a 2 in about three months AND I'm taller. The ebook of back saving tips is useful too. I had been having back pain and saw a Chiropractor to fix it. He told me I had a few vertebrae out of alignment and that I needed to improve my posture and strengthen my back along with his adjustments. I looked at training videos and braces and exercise machines. I came across the the Body-Aline which is an exercise chair that combines a back extension with a rearward arm rotation. It claimed to address the exact muscle groups my Dr. said I needed to address. So I ordered it. The set up was easy. It was 5 bolts and nuts and they include the wrenches. I used it about 3-4 times a week, 2-5 min at a time. After two weeks I was convinced it was working. I could feel myself standing more erect and being more aware of my posture throughout the day.
