My fiancée uses and loves this body wash. He isn't to picky about his personal products as long as they work well for him so I always get to pick the scents. The last Axe body wash before this one that we purchased for him was so strongly scented that our whole apartment would smell like the body wash for up to an hour after he was done washing but, this one is just right. Up close it's smells really nice on him after he is done washing but, the smell doesn't get overwhelming. With the lime extract in it, it helps him really get up and going in the morning. Kinda like aroma therapy except the more manly version.  It cleans him well and is the only brand we buy. It leaves his skin nice, clean, and soft to the touch. The quality of the gel itself is excellent a little really does go a long way. The price is a little up there but, once again pair it with a good coupon and it makes it all worth it.

I decided to give this Axe Shower Gel Rinse with Himalayan Minerals + Lime Extract a try when I found it on sale. It smelled pleasent enough in the store and it looked like a yellow version of snake peel so I figured why not. It's nothing like Snake Peel. This doesn't have the beads in it even though it looks like it does. I'm not exactly sure what the purpose of the minerals are. The gel is so thick that it lathers like it's honey at first. It'll get soapy eventually but it seriously takes some effort for liquid soap. I've never encountered any body wash or shower gel that does this. Squeezing this out of the bottle is a little interesting too. I'm not even at the half way point and I have to give this a few shakes every day to get the stuff to fall. Even with another sale, I wouldn't buy this again.

My husband used to be the type of guy that would use whatever body soap I bought.  I used to be able to purchase whatever body wash was on sale, bring it home, and he would happily use it.  That all changed the day I brought home Axe. He fell in love with the Axe brand.  I can no longer buy 'just any brand' It has to be Axe!!  He is definitely brand loyal, and I would even say addicted! (In a good way!) He has tried different varieties of Axe and goes back and forth between different varieties.  So far he hasn't found any variety he doesn't love. He especially likes the AXE Shower Gel Rise with Himalayan Minerals and Lime Extract because he says it gives him a "refreshing feeling".  The lime extract gives him such a nice refreshment. He uses the Axe body scrubber along with the Axe body wash and he loves the way it feels.  And as a woman, I love that my husband always ends up smelling clean and actually enjoys taking a shower.
