Love this loose powder foundation. The price is so much better than the same thing from a competitor. Also, the amount in the container goes a long way and so it lasts a long time. Which is awesome for me. I like using a loose powder because it allows you to apply just a little and build upon that. I also like the shades that are available because I have really fair skin and I usually have a problem finding a foundation shade that works for me. The only problem for me with a loose powder foundation is that if my skin is a little dry then after I apply the foundation the area looks bad. I however apply a lot of moisturizer to the dryer areas. This usually happens in the winter months when the weather and conditions are harder on my skin. I also like the packaging. It has a safety in there that no more can dispense when the lid is open so it is impossible to accidently empty all the powder out. This is nice especially when my three year old gets a hold of it and decides to shake it like crazy.

I love the Avon shop and the greater majority of their products. This particular concealer has a few good points and one or two not so good characteristics. First and foremost, it is quite inexpensive when compared with their competitors. prices for similar products. t also has been very effective for me with concealing and also lightening or disguising skin imperfections. It is airy and quite obviously easy to apply. What I don't like about this concealer is that it simply can't rise to the occassion for all day wear. The coverage is good but it fades within several hours and I always seem to need to re apply or touch up my make up. Also, in the area that I live in Avon products aren't sold in stores commonly. It is often difficult to find a place to buy in in general. I like Avon concealer but it isn't my favorite brand because the length of coverage is very limited.

I hardly ever wear makeup except on special occasions so it's rare for me to talk about it. But this is one that I really like. I'd read about mineral foundations and was intrigued, especially about the coverage (I suffer from rosacea, so have blotchy red cheeks but otherwise have very good skin). Most of them are outside my price range for something I'll rarely use, but I got a good deal with this one from my rep and thought I'd give it a shot. It took a while to get used to how little I need to use and how the coverage does improve as the day goes on, but this is definitely the way forward for me and I'll definitely be buying it again. While it doesn't cake on the skin, it does provide excellent coverage and it's very easy to build up an extra thin layer on the red areas. The first time I wore it was to a wedding and it stayed put for the full 16 hours from application to removal with no worries about transferring onto other people's outfits if I hugged them. So impressed with this.

This is the first foundation/cover-up I ever used and I keep coming back to it despite trying other products as well. It really easy to apply and is nice and light on my skin. It's doesn't weigh down my face and make me feel like I'm wearing a lot or really any make up at all which is really nice. I mostly use it as a spot cover up for my blemishes or occasional redness on my face. I had help from a professional in picking out my color so it blends in beautifully to my skin so from far away my skin looks very clear and even. Upon close inspection (usually just by me in the mirror) it can be more obvious that I'm covering something up but I think that is to be expected with most foundations and cover ups. I keep trying other products because it isn't perfect but it is the best I've tried. Some cons that I have notices is that it wipes off very easily if I accidentally touch my face so for me it is hardly all day make up. The powder is supposed to be in the bottom and you bring it up to the top through holes as needed but my top has filled up about halfway so I must tilt it to the side so that I can still get just a bit at a time from the empty side.

I love Avon smooth minerals face powder! It is very light when I apply it to my face and also stays on all day. It gives me a natural look and it doesn't even look like I am wearing any foundation. This is great if you are a light makeup person. It is also very affordable.

I have been using powder foundations for 8 years now and typically use bare escentuals bare minerals foundations, but it is very expensive and I wanted to find a cheaper alternative. So I came across Avon's powder foundation one day and thought I would give it a try. At first I had a little trouble finding the correct shade, I had originally purchased a shade that made me look like a ghost, but once I got that straighten out I was able to use the foundation on a daily basis. The power itself spread on well, I used my bare mineral kubki brush to buff the powder on. It provided a good amount of coverage. I was also able to use this power foundation as a pre-concealer, by applying a small concentrated amount to my pimples and dark spots before applying the foundation to the rest of my face. Overall, the power did cover very well, it did not sink int my acne scars and make them more noticeable, which was a big plus. However, I did have issues using the product long term. After about two weeks my face started to break out and it just go worse the longer I used this foundation. So unfortunately I had to stop and go back to my other foundation. The price of the foundation is good, however, I think that this foundation contains ingredients that clog pores and are not good for your skin so I would not recommend it to people who break out easily.

Okay so I use to be an Avon Rep, so I got a lot of the products for demos and I was not at all pleased with this mineral foundation! It stained my clothes did not match my skintone and was extremely "cakey". I felt like I had to scrub my face for a long time to just remove it plus it made my face breakout with acne so bad that it took two weeks to get my face cleared back up! I do not recommend this foundation at all! It's not a good price so don't waste your money!

I had seen mineral make up on TV and was intrigued, but I was sure it would be expensive.  Also, I'm just very skeptical of the TV products.  They always seem gimmicky.  So, when my cousin became an Avon rep, I tried to find something that interested me in the catalogue.  I order this and was so disappointed.  It seemed to go on really heavy and the color looked fake.  I used a mineral make up brush and tried a few different application methods, but I never got results I was happy with.  I would not buy it again, and I would not recommend it to a friend.  I have since tried a more expensive line of mineral foundation and I like it much better.  It provides better coverage without seeming heavy and the color seems much more natural.  I am glad that so many other people (based on reviews) seem to be happy with the Avon line, but I am not a fan.  I tried the color match and wasn't happy with it either.

I really like this makeup!  I was using the loose powder version of it, but then I switched to this, and I like it even better!  The color is great, and it really does give you a smooth appearance!  Great going on this one Avon!

I am not a huge connoisseur of foundation, much less mineral make up but this product is fantastic. I actually tried this product out several years ago and found it to  be too thick and pore-clogging. I can say this is definitely a new formulation and they got it spot on. It evens out your skin tone, giving excellent flawless coverage and even provides a subtle glow.   When traveling, I do not like to take along the loose powder formula of this, but can take along the pressed version, apply with a brush and achieve the same results as if I were working with the loose powder. It comes in  a variety of shades so you are sure to find your own and I did not have a problem with it causing me to break out- even after sleeping with it on. The only con I can see is that the formula is a little heavier feeling than most mineral powder foundations I have tried, but that is really only a problem in the summertime.
