It lingers in a nice way and doesn't make me smell too strong. It's a very nice way to add that special touch after a bath. I bought this originally because it sounded youthful and playful, and it was in a cute round flat bottle and the contents were amber-orange, one of my favorite colors. The fragrance is uplifting. It makes me smile.

A friend gave me this perfume a while ago. I was a bit sceptical of an Avon scent, but I really like this one. The scent is fresh and sweet. It lasts for a good amount of time, but isn't at all overbearing. It smells just a tiny bit powdery, but not cloying - it won't make you think of deoderant! It has nice floral tones as well, but not too sweet. More gardenia or sweet pea than rose. I will definitely be buying more.

my mother has severe allegries so i have to be careful on my perfume choice, i bought smile and wore it around my mother and she actually commented on how nice it was and didnt bother her. it has a nice tone to it and it doesnt over power you when you wear it, people actually "smile" when you are close and dont shy away because you smell like a perfume counter.i have had several women ask me if i was wearing happy by clique. it smells that good and expensive. i just "smile: and so no its "smile" by avon and the look on their faces say it all they go wow avon really, i just "smile"..the deep tones to it are subtle and intriguing and the soft tones are just that soft. i would recommend it for everyone. the summer its refreshing and winter months its warm, its a perfume that doesnt really change due to body chemistry. my daughters love it (4 and 25 years old, yes that is a 4 year old) and my mother doesnt die from allergies i would say why not try it..you might be surprised. its one of my favs in my perfume collection.

This is one of the best scents avon has came up with. I will never get tired of it! I love the smell. Its nice and sweet scent, Not too heavy of a scent. You cant go bad by buying this.  I have 2 bottles myself. I would be sad if I couldnt buy it again!
