Glycolic acid is wonderful for skin turnover and I have been looking for a product that gets rid of hyperpigmentation and acne scars for a while, and this is a wonderful product for just that. Effectiveness It takes a while for your skin to get used to the product because of its potency, but after a week or so I started to see progress in my skin. My skin's texture was smoother with fewer bumps and redness. Ease of Application It's honestly the easiest application of glycolic acid out there. You just wipe it on your face after cleansing and apply a moisturizer after it dries. It's a fast and easy way to get your glycolic acid without any fuss. Scent It doesn't smell horrible but it does smell slightly medical which is from the acid. It's not too overwhelming after a while but upon initial contact with my skin I was not the biggest fan of the scent. You'll get used to it, and won't even notice it after using it for a few weeks.

When starting this daily routine, the visible differences happened quickly - my pores tightened a lot and became much less noticeable, and my skin overall looked smoother and healthier. It also helped reduce my monthly acne breakouts and distinctly reduced fine lines. One thing I especially like about this product is the amount of glycolic acid in the pads - it's enough to work and be effective, but not so much that it irritates my sensitive skin. My skin tends to break out every time the wind blows, so the delicate balance of this product was a welcome change from some others I tried that were either ineffective or contained so many harsh chemicals that they irritated and reddened my skin. I love this stuff! I am 37 years old but people tell me I look like I am in my late 20's! This product brightens skin,your skin looks smooth and pores look less smaller and will also fade any dark spots and age spots on your face. I strongly recommend the Avon Peel pads, because they really do help the appearance of your overall skin tone and appearance. I started using them myself a little over a year ago, and I really love them. They contain aqua glycolic acid that has been proven to help the appearance of skin. I use them about 3 to 4 times a week, alternating days. I use them at night before I apply my nighttime moisturizer, an let the product dry on my skin for just a minute or so. You will possibly experience a slight tingle the first few times you use them, but this is nothing to be alarmed over. After time, I really feel you will see your skin to lose discolorations, and also the natural glow should be a bit more obvious.. No matter what your age is, I think you will find this product as something you will like, and will add to facial regimine.. Also, there is always a bit let on the pad, so I wipe it over the tops of my hands and my neck as well.

I have been using the Advanced Retexturizing Peel for over six weeks now. It is without a doubt, the best product I've used! I have worked for some of the top department store cosmetic companies, I've tried everything available from drug store lines, to infomercial lines and lines available from salons. This is better than any of those. I had a small raised area at my temple. I went to a local day spa and had a "medical grade" glycolic peel, including skin scraping. It did not get rid of the area. I used the ANEW pads for a few days and really liked the way my skin felt. One morning, as I was washing my face, I noticed the bump was gone. I was really shocked. I use the pads every other night, before I got to bed and wake up with softer, smoother skin. They are cost effective, especially when they are on sale. One jar contains 30 pads. One every other day means they'll last for about eight weeks. It was also voted Best of Beauty by Allure magazine.

I've been using Avon's Anew Clinical Advanced retexturizing peel for the last few weeks and I have definitely noticed a difference. My skin seems smoother to the touch and brighter. I have some dark spots which have not disappeared yet but I've only been using it for a few weeks. I am always hesitant to presume things are working but this one seems to work. It promises great things so I will keep at it. I've read in some reviews that it bothers people with sensitive skin but I haven't had any problems with dryness (my skin is usually more oily). I would definitely recommend trying this product.

I have 3 sun spots on my face and this product claimed to peel your skin so that it would get rid of your sun spots.  Therefore, I decided to try it.  I have one light spot, one medium-dark spot, and one dark spot.  After using these skin peel pads for about 2 weeks, it got rid of my really light sun spot.  However, I finished using all 30 pads (one a day) and my medium and dark sun spots are still there.  I would only recommend it to people with sun spots that are really light in color.  Otherwise it won't be worth it to get this product.  There are 30 pads that come in one box and you're supposed to use one pad per day.  All you have to do is rub the circular pad all over your clean, dry face.  That's it!  Then just use your regular moisturizer or creams that you would normally use after washing your face.  I think it was worth it for me to buy the first box to get rid of one sun spot, but I wouldn't buy it anymore because it won't get rid of my darker spots.
