These Avent Freeflow pacifiers are really great. We've used them for our first two kids, and will soon be using them for out youngest. Of all the pacifiers we've tried, these seem to have been the favorite (or the similar ones made for younger babies), for all of them. Our first daughter didn't seem to have much interest in any of the other types of pacifiers, but this one did the trick, so we've stuck with it!! They're also really cute, as far as pacifiers go. They have a nice smooth shape - not any kind of weird or crazy - take all the attention away from the cute face - kind of shape or design. We usually went for the translucent orange and pink set, which are visually appealing, but not overwhelming. The only drawback is that they can be a bit hard to find in the dark, or on our old hardwood floors - as the orange would tend to blend in to the finish on the floor for some reason. These wear really well, and clean up easily in the dishwasher. I would definitely recommend them as a great alternative to finger or thumb-sucking!!

I LOVE this brand of pacifier! They are really cute and can go in baby's mouth either way without it feeling funny to baby (like Nuk pacifiers). My two year old son will not take any pacifier other than these (and it has to be blue or he knows that they belong to his one year old sister lol) - because of this I always have a few extras on hand because nothing else will do when he needs to be soothed. I also love that they come with a protective cover over the nipple - this is great for tossing an extra in the diaper bag or my purse for going outside the house. It also keeps the pacifiers clean for if we are out and about and my little ones decide they don't want it anymore. I gave them a nine instead of a ten only because since most of these are see-through plastic, when they are dropped or misplaced they are VERY difficult to find, especially at night time in a dimly lit nursery. But overall these are great pacifiers and because of the nipple shape they won't mess with baby's new teeth. Love them!!!
