I am a huge fan of Aveeno and their products so I was happy to try their lifting and firming eye cream. Sadly, this eye cream was not as effective as their other products. This is the first product by Aveeno that I was not impressed with. The cream was the right amount of thickness. The cream did spread evenly onto my delicate eye area and absorbed quickly into my skin. Aveeno eye cream also had a pleasant scent and did not irritate my eyes as some eye creams have done in the past. Sadly this is the extent of the positive things I can say about this product. I did not notice any significant change in my eye area or it's level of moistness. I was hoping to see more moisture, softer looking skin and a more even skin tone around my eyes. Absorption This eye cream does absorb fast into the skin. Doesn't Clog Pores I have never had an issue with this eye cream clogging my pores. Effectiveness I did not really notice any significant results while using this eye cream.

This is a good product! It doesn't contain ingredients that irritate skin, so it's even good for sensitive skin. A little bit goes a long way so you get your money's worth. It's affordable and has a nice light smell, not overpowering. Pump makes it easy to apply. Absorption Absorbs pretty well, but I let it sit for a few minutes before applying make up. If you put too much on it may peel off in a flaky texture. A little bit goes a long way! Doesn't Clog Pores Haven't had any problems with this! Effectiveness I've been using this about a year and the area around my eyes seems brighter and more tight. I don't really have any fine lines or wrinkles yet and I believe this is helping prevent them!

I purchased this item on sale with a coupon. I am in my 30's and have small wrinkling around the eyes I wanted to try to reduce. It takes very little cream and the tube does last for months, so it is a fairly good deal for the price. I was not overjoyed with the results. It keeps my eye area moist (which gets dry and tugged on due to dry contacts), however there was only slight to no reduction in my crows feet. It does burn when applying, nothing major, which is a little uncomfortable, but makes me think it is working. It does tighten the skin slightly when applied, but that part doesn't seem to last all day long. For the price it is not a bad product and there others that are worse. For a little more money you may find a better product.

I remember watching an ad for this item, and how it made me feel!  I felt like I needed to buy this product asap!  I of course waited a little while until I could find it on sale and with a coupon, and decided to give it a try.  I have noticed that now that I'm in my 30's, my skin on my face is not as 'elastic' as it once used to be, especially around my eyes.  This product promises to firm the sking around your eyes.  Personally I have not found that to be the case.  When I first put it on, I did notice how soft my skin felt.  I do think it softens your skin, but as far as 'firming' I haven't seen results yet!  I have been using this product for over 6 months now, and maybe I just need to use it more?  It does last a long time because you don't need to use much, but at the same time, it's overpriced for what it is. I haven't seen any improvements in any skin discolorations, although my skin is softer.

I am really disappointed with this product, but I am glad that I won this set and did not waste my monye on purchasing it.  I won this from allure win a few months ago but I had other products to use up first before trying this one out.  I used this every night and day, and I was really hoping tha tthis stuff would work.  However whenever I got up in the morning or went to bed I noticed there was no change in the very fine lines under my eyes.  I have used many other products in the past and have gotten better results.  I have used other aveeno products and they have turned very nicely.  But I am not sure where they went wrong with this one.  It did not help get rid of the fine lines in fact if possible it only made them worse and I think they created more of them.  Maybe I'm just upset that it did not work to get rid of them. I do not have a lot of lines under my eyes but just a minor few, so I was looking for something to work to reduce them.  This is not the product!

A few weeks ago I started trying out Aveeno's Positively Ageless Lifting and Firming eye cream.  This product has a nice creamy texture that just glides right onto my skin.  It leaves my skin soft and smooth.  I have dark circles under my eyes which this product did nothing for, but it doesn't claim to do anything, so I guess I can't really hold that against this product.  This product is great for my dry skin.  It leaves my eye area hydrated without being too heavy.  It takes a minute or two to sink in, but it is a great moisturizer for the eye area.  I don't know about the lifting and firming claims.  I used this along with the day and night time moisturizers in the same positively ageless lifting and firming system.  I didn't see any lifting or firming.  The product feels great on and does have great hydration, but I just didn't notice any lifting or firming from this product.  So if you want hydration for your eye area this is a great product, but I just can't recommend it for lifting and firming as Aveeno claims.
