These are a great looking pair of headphones for those who don't want to invest in earbuds for portable use. Because it is a clip on, it stays on the ear and is extremely comfortable even for extended usage. As for audio quality it is good as expected of audio technica's quality. However as with other clip headphones do not expect these to be for bass lovers as it does not form a seal around the ear. In addition, because of the lack of a seal expect alot of sound leakage which can potentially annoy those within close proximity.  However, there are still flaw designs with these headphones. One such flaw is the J cord. Although I typically like cords that go around the back of the neck, these cords are way too long. In addition, the overall length of the cord is too short. Audio technica tries to alleviate this problem with the extension cable but the cable makes the cord way to long. Still, it is nice to have an extension cable for those who tend to break their headphones for wearing out the ends of the cable near the plug. However the J cord seems very fragile to the extent that I would be very careful with these headphones. Overall, I recommend these headphones for those seeking a slick looking pair without breaking the bank.
