Because I have built up an intolerance to most n-ceds, aspirin is the most effective means of treating my arthritis pain.  However, even tri-buffered aspirin upsets my stomach.  Enter Ascriptin - aspirin that is already buffered with Maalox!  I can control the arthritis pain without the stomach ache.  While it is more expensive than regular buffered aspirin, it is well worth it to me.
