I cannot say enough good things about Archer Farms. Every product they sell is high quality, delicious foodstuffs. Even their junk food is amazing! In particular I'm pleased with their Fair Trade coffee. The experience of the coffee bean (i.e. taste, smell) is absolutely wonderful, and I'm just in love with them for being a part of and promoting fair trade goods. The world needs more Archer Farms! As an aside, I haven't seen their pancake mixes on this site to review, but if you happen to see some Archer Farms pancake mix in a store, try it. Their Pumpkin Spice pancakes and Apple Strudel pancakes are outta this world.
