While the Anolon Advanced cookware set wasn't the cheapest in the department store, it is much more affordable than some of the most popular products. I would have loved to buy a set of the really high-end brands, but that's out of my price range. The Anolon Advanced cookware has worked really well for me after about 6 months of use. The items are heavy enough to feel like they're made of quality materials, but not so heavy that they're a hassle to move around or clean. Lighter pans I have used seem to burn food more easily, and I don't have that problem with these pans. I don't have any problems with food sticking to the pans, and they always clean up very easily without scraping or scratching. Food seems to cook more evenly than with cheaper, poor quality pans. I love the handles on these pans- they're padded with silicone so they stay cool even when the pans are hot. There is no need to grab a potholder when you want to pick up the pans!

I recently received some of these pans as a wedding gift. I love them, there isn't a single thing wrong with them. Super easy clean-up, hand wash as they are non-stick. The handles are heat resistant and have great grip, comfy as well. I have the cookware set - 10 piece, the wok, the roaster, additional griddles and skillets, and a stock pot. I would recommend this brand to anyone in the market that is looking for new cookware. You won't be dissappointed and I doubt you will find anything better!

I bought a set of Anolon cookware a few years ago at Macys. It was my first set of "nice" pots and pans and there was so much to choose from. I selected Anolon because I liked the glass lids. I don't really know how to cook, but I figured this set would be safe. I've been very happy with my choice. The surface is coated and so easy to clean. Nothing sticks. Hand wash recommended. The handles stay cool to the touch and the glass lids are tempered, of course, so they are tough. I have an electric stove and these pots heat evenly. It does take a few minutes to heat the pots thoroughly, but once they are heated you can reduce the heat. The instructions say they are designed for gas stoves as well. You need to use nylon or wooden utensils. I have scratched the surface a few times and each time I have returned a pot to the manufacturer and they have replaced it. I have added a few pieces to my set and would recommend Anolon to anyone who wants a medium priced set of cookware.

My husband and I decided this year with our tax money that we would purchase a nice set of pots and pans. Before we were just buying single pieces of non-stick pans to satisfy our cooking needs, but we really wanted a nice set that we wouldn't have to replace any time soon and would look nice displayed in our kitchen. We set out and looked over so many different brands. We decided on the Analon Advanced for the durability, and comtemporary design. We have cooked almost everything, even burnt food a couple of times because we got busy and forgot, and we had no problems with cleaning them. They have been dropped by kids pulling them out of the cabinet and no dents and scratches have managed to become of them. We both feel that the pans heat evenly so that not just one area of the pan is getting hot and the food is all the same temperature. We also feel that we are able to cook the food at a lower temperature than most pans because the pans retain the heat distribution well. If you have the money, I would definatly suggest purchasing a set of these pans. We bought the 12 piece set to start out with and have managed to purchase other pans to make our set more complete. Looking forward to cooking yet another lovely dinner tonight, truly makes cooking more enjoyable.
