I purchased some cone incense from Anna's Incense Web site and when I received them I tried burning them for their fragrance and found that they did not burn well and had no or any fragrance at all. E-mailing the web site to ask why I could not smell any fragrance I have not ever received an answer. I even had other's try burning them to see if they could smell the fragrance. Not one of them could and even they said that they had problems with them burning.
