I've never been much of a dieter but when this product aired I really wanted to try it. It's a meal replacment (read diet shake) that really tastes good! It comes in lots of flavors and I've tried the Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee, and Berry. You mix a scoop with a 6-12 ounces of water, milk, or juice and drink away. It blends up quickly and completely and doesn't leave any clumps like some other products I've tried. When mixed with water one serving has only 70 calories or less. And it's actually filling! It makes a great meal replacement or even a snack when you don't want to eat, say, a whole box of chocolate. I did lose a few pounds while taking it but I was also watching my dietary intake in general. I loved it in the morning mixed with some juice. Or in the evening as low calorie 'milk shake' when mixed with rice milk. It comes in a variety of sizes and flavors and there should be something that everyone would like. One final fact that I can really appreciate is that it doesn't contain aspartame. I'm very sensitive to that substance and it gives me migraines. Just another plus!
