I have been using Dr. Schulze products for over 10 years. The first thing I did when introduced to the American Botanical Pharmacy was a bowel cleanse which includes using the Intestinal #1. I have been a happy customer ever since! You know how some companies change the recipe or formula to save money.....we'll not ABP, the Intestinal Formula #1 remains the same effective, high quality product year after year. Keeping a healthy elimination system is so important and this formula work great to do just that! Of course it is also wise to eat healthy and get physical exercise to help the process as well. I find it best to take the capsules with a meal. I also highly recommend giving some thought to the things Dr. Schulze suggests to be healthy and feel better. Yes, his products are high quality and effective but we need to do our part in changing any habits that are hurting our body's health.
