We are very happy with our microwave. It is easy to use. I like the short cut features for warming up food. The button panel is easy to use and seems durable. Just like most other microwaves it is a little difficult to clean. It seems to get greasy since it is over the range. Performance Reliable. Works well. Settings/Features Like the short cuts for reheating foods and making things like popcorn. Ease of Cleaning Tends to get greasy from being over the range and that seems hard to get off. Ease of Use Easy to understand. Durability Number panel holds up well. Design Attractive.

Overall the microwave does its job. Honestly though it isn't the best microwave I've own. Sometimes when making microwavable TV Dinners they come out warm but still very much frozen or just not cooked. It just isnt strong enough to handle short cooking times. You really have to put things in for much longer than it is recommended to get to cook right. Also the number and options pad gets easily damaged. You have to use your knuckle so the plastic does not peel off
