Wonderful laptop in all respects. Had issues with components, but promptly fixed under warranty. The body itself is great, albeit hefty, the lights are easily customizeable and recognizable, screen is glossy but can be fixed with a screen protector that is matte. Great for gaming; can run games like Dota 2 on max graphics with minimal lag (any lag that happens is due to internet rather than the computer). Not a budget computer by any means, but it is just as strong as any desktop I've ever owned. Ease of Use The keyboard feels excellent. Perfect for gaming or for writing essays. Battery Life Great battery life if you turn of Alien FX and lower screen brightness. Support & Service Issues promptly fixed. Design Sleek design that integrates the Alien FX lights easily. Well done laptop. Everything fits in place. Durability The case is hard and durable. Smooth finish gets oil and fingerprints on it easily, but you can wipe it off.
