Sweet potato fries are the best.

4

Every Thursday is burgers and fries in our house for dinner, so in the mood to switch it up a bit, I tried the Alexia Frozen Sweet Potato Fries. These fries weren't much more than the store brand fries, but they most definitely have a lot more flavor. These fries cook perfectly in the oven, and my whole family loves them. They are slightly sweet, and are crunchy on the outside, yet moist on the inside. These fries are easy to cook and they don't require any seasoning once they are done. These most definitely will be served again soon in our household.

Healthy Delicious Alternative to regular fries.

I am a big fan of french fries. I eat them almost everyday, the downside of course is that they are bad for you. However this brand of sweet potato fries is a good healthy option. Generally speaking french fries at restaurants have the most calories followed by fast food restaurants, then home made ones, and lastly the frozen options surprisingly. A few easy ways I get to have what I want but still be healthy is to make them at home and control the amount of oil used. Also generally speaking making a switch from regular potatos to sweet potatoes is another fast way to eat healthier but still get what you want. As far as at home options deep frying is still the worst for you. Next is baking and last is oil less frying. This brand you can cook either in the oven, oil less fryer or even the microwave. They taste great and they are generally not that expensive. I like to top them with ketchup, honey, butter or mirin. All great options.

I love these sweet potato fries!

These fries are the best! I love to eat them. They have such a nice flavor. It is bold and sweet just the way I like it. I like to eat my sweet potato fries with mustard. I think it really enhances the natural flavor with out overpowering it. Alexia Brand Sweet Potato Fries are my favorite for a number of reasons. First, they have a perfect texture. I have had fries before that I can't dip because they are so soft. They just fall apart. I have never had this problem with Alexia's fries. Another reason I like these fries is because of the cost. In the grocery store, Alexia's fries are almost always the lowest priced and in my experience the best tasting. The last thing about these fries is how easy they are to cook. I just preheat my oven to four hundred degrees, lay my fries on the baking sheet, and bake the fries for twenty minutes. It's so easy because I don't have to turn the pan or anything like that.

So good!

Alexia Frozen Sweet Potato Fries taste great! They make a great snack, or addition to a meal. Sometimes we serve them as dessert-we sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and bake them. It caramelizes really well. Then, we add a little Marshmallow cream to dip them in! So good! This is a great treat. They taste great plain too!

Frozen french fries made from sweet potatoes.

Alexia Frozen Sweet Potato Fries are so delicious! The Alexia brand only recently became available in my area, and I swear I have bought these sweet potato fries every week since they came to my supermarket. They definitely need a little seasoning, but are as good as any I've had in a restaurant before. The best thing is they are baked not fried!

Not the healthiest veggie, but my 2 y/o loves them.

My son is fairly vegetable-hesitant though he loved them all as a baby, especially squash and sweet potatoes. We reintroduced him to sweet potatoes through this product, and now mashed sweet potatoes is one of his favorite foods. The whole family's hooked on them now. Yes, they're not exactly a health food, but they are healthier than the Russet ones. (Quick tip: always line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper; The fries tend to stick to the pan.)

Delicious alternative to potatoes!

I love sweet potatoes, but rarely have time to make my own sweet potato fries. Which is fine by me, because Alexia's are even better! Sweet potatoes are high in fiber and vitamin A, and I find these sweet potato fries even more flavorful than french fries. You preheat the oven to 400 degrees, then bake them 10 minutes, give the pan a shake, and bake another 10 minutes. Since I make them in the toaster oven, I usually switch on the toaster at the end for added crispiness.  The only gripe I have is that I usually get only two servings per bag, whereas the serving size is supposed to be 3-4 servings per bag. Oh well! They're worth it!
