This product is excellent. It is soft, silky, economical and overall, it works. This conditioner is not harsh on the hair. My hair is fine and thin. So I enjoy the fact that this product doesn't sting or hurt my scalp. It is gentle, but effective. Effectiveness V05 Conditioner is effective. I feel that my hair, albeit thinning now that I am getting older, still has some body after I've put this in my hair and then rinse it out. It seems to prevent my hair from being fly-away or heavy looking. It just seems to work well with my hair type. It shows that you don't necessarily have to spend a lot of money on a conditioner to get good results. Scent Just a fresh, natural scent. As the name of the conditioner indicates, there is a refreshing fruit smell, but not overly fruity or sweet smelling. VO5 offers other scents other than the strawberry. Each of those that I have tried are just as nice. They are not overwhelming with perfume and fruitiness, but just the right amount of smell to make your hair feel clean.

I have used and tried Alberto VO5 Moisture milks strawberries and cream conditioner a couple times before. I had visited my grandmother for the weekend when I first used it. The strawberry and cream scent smelled amazing! I absolutely loved the way it made my hair smell. The smell lasted all day. Not only did it make my hair smell heavenly, but it also left my hair feeling silky smooth and looking healthy. I have major problems with dry and frizzy hair. I am pleased to say that after using the conditioner that my hair was less frizzy. It also helped with the dryness of my hair by giving it more moisture, which in return left my hair looking silky and beautiful. It also gave my hair a beautiful shine. I had not only used the VO5 moisture milks strawberries and cream conditioner, but also the VO5 moisture Milks strawberries and cream shampoo. So for best results I would use the V05 moisture shampoo with the V05 moisture conditioner.

VO5 is a great brand if you are on a really tight budget as their price points are very low. I oftentimes use this brand when I don't want to spend the money on more expensive varieties. I like the smell of all the "moisture milks" products in that line, and the strawberries and cream is no exception. It smells amazing. The conditioner itself is kind of thin, not thick like other conditioners. It does condition my hair sufficiently, though, without making it too greasy, which is the goal. You don't need very much to work through your damp hair, which is a plus. After I use this product, my hair is very manageable and is not weighed down, which can be a problem with some conditioners. The bottle is easy to get open when you have wet hands, which is a nice perk. My biggest complaint would be that the company dyes it pink when there is no reason to-I don't understand why dye is added to everything!

When I ran out of my normal hair conditioner, money was tight. I decided to try Alberto Vo5 Moisture Milks Strawberries & Cream Conditioner because it was super affordable. I am so glad I only had to use this for a couple of days. My hair is very long and tangles easily, so I need a conditioner that makes my hair manageable. This seemed to do the opposite. I had horrible tangles after using this conditioner and it took me the longest time to get them out. My hair really was not moisturized either. It was very dry. The conditioner is a little too watery also so I had to use a lot of product to cover my hair. Effectiveness This conditioner did not work for my hair type. It left my hair tangly and dry. I thought it would have worked a little better because I'd heard great things about it. Scent Just like the shampoo, I liked how it smelled in the bottle, but in my hair I hated it. It did not smell the same to me at all.

VO5 Moisture Milks conditioner is helpful when it comes to conditioning my hair as it gives my hair lots of slip, making it easy to detangle my hair when I'm trying to do it. As the name states, it also is a great help as far as adding additional moisture to my hair while still giving it that deep clean feeling as it does not have a bunch of silicones and other ingredients that will cause build up on my scalp. I cowash my hair alot rather than using shampoo and VO5 conditioners are always my go to products because of it's price as well as how well it works to prevent build up and cleanse my hair. I've been using this conditioner for years and I wouldn't trade it for the world especially with all of the expensive conditioners out there. VO5 does just as good of a job as any of the conditioners that cost more, without breaking my pocket and leaving me broke. I feel like I get a lot of use for the little bit of money I pay for VO5.

I'm so glad that I decided to try this product earlier in the year. I used to be one of the ones who the beauty industry fooled into thinking that more expensive automatically equals better. No more ! I love the smell of VO5 Moisture Milks Strawberries and Cream. It takes me away on the spot. I use it for my pre-shampoo treatments. I am African-American with relaxed hair, so my hair is naturally dry and it is more prone to breakage because of the relaxer. When your hair is prone to breakage, using shampoo with it's harsh ingredients is detrimental, so a pre-shampoo treatment is advised. It's basically to give your hair a bit of conditioning before exposing it to the shampoo. Anyway, I use this conditioner with some virgin coconut oil, Jamaican Black castor oil, a few drops of jojoba oil, aloe vera juice, and sometimes a bit of Aveda Damage Remedy Reconstructing Treatment. I put a plastic shower cap on my hair, leave it on for as long as I like, and when I take it off my hair is soft, tangle-free, and ready for shampoo !

As someone with sensitive skin, I try to avoid most commercial shampoos because they contain chemicals such as sodium lauryl sulfates, which I find to be irritating to my scalp.  I also usually find that commercial shampoos and conditioners leave my hair feeling a bit unruly, especially since moving to the very hot, dry, windy climate I live in.  The problem is that it's difficult to find hair care products without such chemicals, and the few that exist are expensive.  I recently came into a financial bind and, when I saw V05 Strawberries and Cream Shampoo and Conditioner on sale for 69 cents per bottle (!), I decided it was worth trying them out.  I was surprised at the good quality of such inexpensive products, and have since purchased them again several times.  My brother surprisingly has also used these products since I've tried them (he used Suave before).  I feel that this conditioner is necessary to use after the matching shampoo, which does seem a little drying to my hair.  The conditioner smells very pleasant but isn't over-bearing first thing in the morning.  It's easy to apply, not clumpy or gloppy, and rinses out easily.  It isn't a super-strong deep conditioner; but one doesn't need that for daily use generally.  I think the think I like best about this conditioner is that it leaves my hair looking very light and not weighed down, but it still helps keep tangles and static from being a problem.

I really like using VO5 moisture milks moisturizing conditioner.  It leaves my hair smooth, and rich feeling. I also like that my hair smells fresh like strawberries, that is my favorite scent for a hair conditioner. It does not take very long to use, just a few minutes.  This is a great conditioner to use if you do not have a lot of time to spend on your hair.  I am a very busy working Mom, and I do not have a lot of time to leave a conditioner on my hair. The VO5 moisture milks conditioner has several scents, but the one I use is strawberries & cream.  It smells just like strawberries, and leaves my hair silky smooth.  My hair also does not tangle up after I use it. My hair does not break off when I comb it, and it drys easily also.  My hair is alos shiny and seems to have a really nice glow to it.  People seem to notice my hair more and say I have really nice shiny hair.  I alos use a curling iron on my hair, and the curl stays in longer than if I use this conditioner than if I do not use it.  I would recommend this hair conditioner to people to use, it is a great hair conditioner.
