I bought this sunscreen because I had a good experience with this brand's lotion. I also was drawn in by the green tea in this. I had a good experience while using it. It smells awesome and truly protects your skin. The green tea aspect also makes it really good for your skin. The only thing I did not like is that it kept me from getting a tan as well. If you are looking for total sun protection, I would definitely recommend trying this out. However, if you are trying to not get burned but also tan, I would recommend a different product. This one is high quality though. It is definitely worth what you pay for it. Scent The scent is great. It has a very tropical scent to it. It smells awesome. Absorption It absorbed really well into my skin and did not leave me feeling greasy at all. Longevity I thought this sun screen lasted longer than others I have used. Effectiveness It was incredibly effective at protecting my skin from the sun. It is very high quality. Ease of Application It is easy to rub on to your skin.

Alba is one of my favorite sunscreens because it is natural and has one of the greatest scents. The only reason I don't buy Alba Botanica Hawaiian Green Tea Sunscreen SPF 45 more often is because it's so expensive. I have never seen a coupon for this product, and it's only available for me at stores that are more on the expensive side. I normally use this sunscreen only on my face because it is very gentle. It is easy to apply just like you would apply a normal moisturizer. The SPF 45, combined with my makeup which contains sunscreen, is enough to keep my face from getting burned throughout the day. Scent This has a really nice fresh scent. It is the perfect scent for summer at the beach. Absorption This absorbs well into my skin, and it can be applied exactly like you would apply a facial moisturizer. It does not make my skin oily at all, which is really important for a sunscreen I use on my face.

I recieved a sample of **Alba Botanica Hawaiian Green Tea SPF 45 Sunscreen **and I've been enjoying it this summer! It smells great! It's gentle enough for my fair skin and that of my little 1 year old. It works great and has saved us from painful sunburns. I like the texture - it goes on smooth and doesn't feel as sticky as other brands. If you let it sit for a while the sunscreen does tend to seperate - so I usually just shake it up before applying it if I go without for a couple of weeks. Over all, I would recommend this product to anyone who wants safe, sunburn free skin during this extra hot summer!****

Wow, whe I got the opportunity to try this, Alba Botanica Hawaiian Green Tea SPF 45 Sunscree, I was so excited. Not only am I very sensitive to sunlight, I need a strong spf because my skin if very fair. So I went out one day and decided this was a perfect opportunity to try this sunscreen. First of all it smells fantastic and it does not even have that yucky smell that most sunscreens have. It is not sticky at all, it feels like regular lotion. I have to say whatever formula is used to make this wonderful sunscreen is fantastic. I apply it on my skin every day in the morning and it seems to give me the protection I need from the UV rays. I am very impressed with this product and I will continue to buy Alba products from now on.

I've used Alba Botanica Green Tea Sunblock in the past, but it had an SPF of 30.  I went to Whole Foods to buy some sunscreen and they only had the Green Tea sunscreen in SPF 45.  That's fine with me because I have a history of malignant melanoma and need high SPF sunscreen anyways. **Alba Botanica Green Tea Sunblock 45 **is made with all natural ingredients, paraben-free, water resistant and is not tested on animals.  The tube says that it offers both UVA and UVB protection. This natural sunscreen has a fresh scent that doesn't smell like chemicals like some sunscreens do.  When you rub it in, it will initially leave your skin white, but if you rub it in thoroughly, it will disappear.  I am fairly pale since I don't go in the sun very often and this sunscreen does a good job of keeping me that way.  I reapply as needed and haven't gotten burnt while using this sunscreen. If you are looking for an all natural sunscreen with SPF 45, I highly recommend **Alba Botanica Green Tea Sunblock 45**.  I've been using the brand for years and haven't experienced a sunscreen of theirs that didn't work well.
