During the winter months, under my feet tends to be very cracked and dry. On worse days, it would even split, so I was relieved when I bought the Ahava Dermud Intensive Foot Cream. My foot really became more hydrated and smooth. When I walk, I no longer feel pain.

First of all, what I liked most about Ahava Enriched Intensive Foot Cream for dry skin is that it doesn't have peppermint in it! Finally no peppermint fragrance! I don't know how many times I've purchased 'foot spa kits' to find that it has that cheap pepperminty smell. I think the mint is also supposed to make your skin 'tingle.'  I feel ripped off when I shampoo with soap that has 'tingle' properties in it too. I prefer mint and a minty tingle sensation when I brush my teeth only.  I prefered this scent to the AHAVA body cream. It was almond-y and light. The AHAVA body cream was too perfumy for me. Maybe I'll alternate the two and switch them up! Perfumy feet and almondy hands/arms. This foot cream leaves your feet so, so, soft! It's not greasy or oily or watery. It's creamy and light.  Great absorbsion. Would definately purchase this when I'm done with this sample. This product is not tested on animals!

I have been using this lotion for the last couple of weeks as my feet get really dry in the winter.  So far, I have been nothing but impressed with this lotion.  Its thick, which makes my skin feel great - like its really moisturizing my thirsty skin.  It doesn't feel greasy at all either, which is a huge plus.  I like to put the lotion on my feet before crawling into bed and then putting a pair of socks on so that the lotion stays on my feet, not on my bed sheets.  When I wake up the next morning I am always happy to wake up to soft feet, rather than rough dry feet.   The only downside is the price.  Its definitely not cheap by any stretch of the imagination.  But there are a few things that I am willing to splurge on and this is one of those things.  Plus, if you happen to know of anyone traveling to Israel, you can always ask them to buy some there where its much more moderately priced, and bring it back.

I bought one bottle for my mom when visiting the Dead Sea in Isreal. She tried it and LOVED it. So in turn gave me one for my Birthday this year. And I love it too! This started working the second I put it on my feet. It feels like my skin is receiving a massage and getting bathed in silk at the same time. I have always had dry and aching feet. And I have tried and used several products before getting Ahava. This is the best! It smells so good, almost like its trying to relax you before smoothing some on your feet. It feels rich and smooth and after its absorbed into the skin, its still soft unlike most lotions that make my feet feel sticky or greasy. The dermud line is a little thicker than the regular Ahava foot cream and I like this one better. I'm not sure what is in that makes it so great but when ever I have extra dry skin or even cracking skin this helps heal it within a day or two. I hope this is never discontinued because I will be a VERY sad client. Everyone should try this!

Ahava makes the best products. They do what they are supposed to do. I have been using Ahava for years. I just started with the foot cream, though. I decided to start paying more attention to my feet! If you are looking for other Ahava products, try the face scrub. It is fabulous. Also, try the cuticle cream.
