The Adcraft hot dog steamer is considered a commercial unit but if you want to put on the dog for a large crowd and have them go gee these are like the hot dogs at the ball park this is the unit for you. I was having a party for about 70 and was able to borrow a friends unit. I would give this a big hi five for fun, great hot dogs, and easy to use and clean up. The hot dogs and buns sit side by side and looks great on a counter top or on a table set up just for the hot dogs. the unit will cook 100 standard size hot dogs however the bun warmer is humidity controlled in the bun keeper and will only do about 36-40 bun at one time. It has a adjustable thermostat, a water tray. The unit is stainless steel and has a tempered glass front and back. . Looks sleek and clean. I would suggest if you are going to use this for a party that you buy it early and do a test run so you don't end up with soggy buns or disappointed. The instructions are easy to understand however the hot dogs did surprise me as they took about a hour to be ready.
