Within 3 months of purchase, my Acer died-shut down, went dark. I brought it for repair (not to Acer). After 5 repairs, I was told to go to the manufacturer (that time when it shut down, it would not re-start), and I sent it to Acer, for repair. It was returned "repaired"-it wasn't. I had to send it a 2nd time, because it kept shutting down in the middle of working on it, and it was again returned to me, Acer claiming that it was repaired, it wasn't. Since the 2nd return, it's died several more times. Time to trash this laptop!

I really liked this notebook and I will consider buying it for my brother. It really satisfy my needs and my budget,I like how light it is and how good resolution this notebook has. Personally I use it for school stuff and my part-time work,I can browse the internet faster than ever,and watch videos in high quality with no problem at all. It's fast and very easy to use,it has nice amount of memory as well as the speed of the CPU. Thing that I didn't like is the sound,I couldn't hear well videos that I watched but I think all Acer products are like that,and it doesn't have a CD drive,so I had to buy external one. Design of notebook is the thing I like the most,because it's so easy to carry it. Would recommend to anyone who needs a notebook for work.

I recently found myself in the market to buy a new computer for the daycare center after our ancient desktop finally bit the dust. I knew that I needed something that could handle a lot of pictures and word processing and I really didn't want to get another desktop. I looked at several different laptops before finding this Acer aspire 13.3" laptop. I didn't want one with too big of a screen because I wasn't using it for video or tv watching- it's main purpose is for entering data and keeping track of things pertaining to the kids at daycare. The processor is good-not the quickest but it does a good job handling different tasks at once. It stores all our invoices, and children forms as well as pictures and other stuff for the daycare without too much trouble. The design is sleek and smooth. Nothing too flashy or fancy which is fine for me. It is sturdier than some of the other laptops that I looked at. I still wouldn't suggest dropping it to test it's strength. The speakers are great on this laptop. I will say that for The Acer brand- they always have good sound systems in their laptops. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. It fits my needs very well. I don't know if I would suggest it for someone who is going to be doing a lot of gaming but it's a good laptop.

The Acer Aspire touchscreen has been a great gift for me. My husband got it for me just recently and we have been taking full advantage of it. It has been incredibly useful and practical for everything from surfing the web, emails, homework with my children, and paying online bills. Great color and comfort and easy to use. My daughters have enjoyed it as well for games and viewing movies online. It is a nice color and lightweight, therefore easy to carry around with you. Our last Acer laptop was a great one so we were eager to get another. I have had no problems as of yet, since its new. The speed it great as well. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking into buying a new one. Its wonderful.

I purchased the Acer Aspire S7-392 ultrabook 4 months back and am extremely happy with my purchase. I call it a little wonder machine as the features are just amazing and have never been used earlier by me. I bought this product online and when it got delivered to my address, the employee started the machine and explained me the ins and outs of the product in a simple way. This was the first touchscreen ultrabook that I owned and hence I asked him if it could lead to scratches on the screen and he gave me an assurance that it would never happen. The product is very thing and looks elegant. It has a 7 year battery life and if the product is set to the sleep mode, the battery life lasts for about 75 -80 days. It has a 8GB DDR3 and a 128 MB Graphics card as well. The product has almost all apps that are preinstalled and they can be accessed with just a touch. The screen moves quite fast and the processor speed as well is quite good.
