This little device was our last resort to get internet at our home since we have no internet provider in our area. We do not always get the 4G signal but none the less it still gets a signal and we are able to pay bills, browse the web, etc.. The only problem we have with this device is that it is suppose to reset the data usage when your billing cycle changes and you are suppose to be able to keep up with your usage directly on the device screen. That has not been the case. The data information has never reset in the 3 months we've had it and I just found out that this is a known issue with no resolution for this device. So this means that you must track your usage online, thus taking away from your allotted data. I like this device because it was our only option but I would not recommend it to my family or friends. There has got to be a device that updates correctly.
