Purchased this about two months ago and wish I had saved my money to buy something better. It looks and feels cheap, and it operates the same way. I hate the mousepad the most. It is larger than most mouses, and with my small hands it is really hard to use. I hate that there isn't easy scrolling with the laptop, and the Windows 8.1 just seems strange to me. The computer seems to crash my Google Chrome every single day, and I find it a pain to use. The laptop will sometimes freeze and run slow, and you cannot have over 3 or 4 tabs open at one time. It is an okay computer for a kid or as a starter or spare computer but I do not recommend it if you are planning to use it a lot. It is uncomfortable and not user friendly in my opinion.
