The AFG Treadmill has been a great addition to our room and workout sessions. My husband and use it a few times a week if not everyday. We have been encouraged by the results and are feeling healthier and stronger. Its an easy setup and use of the machine and starting the day off or ending it with a 1/2 hour workout is a little price to pay for how well you feel. The machine has great settings for personalized workouts and depending on how strong or weak you are feeling each day. Its easy to use and safe. Its a great workout in the morning for when you are watching the morning news or weather report. Performance Great performance from the machine and has improved our personal performance in strength and flexibility. Comfort Comfortable to use. You can even read a book while using it. Ease of Use Simple and self explanatory to use. Durability Great durability. We have had ours for a few years. Design Design is simple, strong and just what you need for a good workout.
