I have been getting Sentry Senior Multivitamin & Multimineral Supplement for Adults 50+ each month free, with Len's H.M.O. On the bottle it states "Compare active ingredients to Centrum Silver", so I know that it is good. The bottle contains 60 tablets. They are big and are a light gray color. I don't find them hard to swallow with a glass of water. I like the fact that they give me extra amounts of vitamins and minerals that my older body needs. The only time I don't use them is when I choose other items for free, and then I have to buy generic multivitamins from drugstores. These I like very much.
