zoom Zoom whiteing system Review

Last year while getting my teeth cleaned, the hygienists suggested that I try whitening my teeth.  I was thinking about doing it but felt it cost too much money and I was not sure how well this really worked.  I made a dentist appointment to get my teeth ZOOMED.  The dentist puts paste in a mouth piece you have to wear with a light on your teeth.  You have to keep your mouth opened during the procedure.  It was very uncomfortable, however in a hour my teeth were three shaded lighter.  I was happy with my white teeth and felt the $300 was a good investment.  I did not do my homework before hand and soon learned that I had to purchase bleach from my dentist.  For a hour every other evening, I wore my custom fitted mouth piece with the whitening bleach.  My teeth became sensitive after the first month.  The whitening bleach cost $30 which lasted a month.  I had to stop using the whitening paste because it made my teeth way too sensitive and I felt paying $30 a month for white teeth was not worth the pain.  If only you can get your teeth zoomed and use a whitening tooth paste for maintenance...
