Yves Rocher may be a bit expensive, but they have the best beauty and bath products. Their bath products smell wonderful and work great. Their face cleaning products outdo any brand found in stores, including Clinque. Their makeup is great. Once you try their products you won't go back to the others.... read full review »

I admit I have shopped with them a few times but every product I have tried and used for the specified amount of time has done absolutely nothing for me. I ordered from them one time. The order didn't show up for quite some time so I tried to contact them. When I finally got a reply, they said "some" of the items were out of stock, and the whole order wouldn't ship until they were. Needless to say, what I had ordered was very late coming in and I had order it as gifts. When it finally arrived, it was poor quality for the money. I'll never shop with them again.

I had the same problem before. Their CS told me just return the unopened package and they will refund you the full amount.

expensive?

They have sales all the time. If you do a little be research, you will find lots of coupon codes. Use them and you will get usually 60%-75% off the listed price.

slow shipping?

Try to order your things online.

i just love this website! they give out great gifts everytime and of course gifts to their loyal customers (on anniversaries and birthdays). they also offer deferred billing, which is good when the budget's tight. no problem returning or exchanging products. i love some of their perfumes and face products. fast delivery, too.

I tried Yves rocher about 7 years ago. I have very dry skin and their products worked for me. Arnica one of my favorites only just recently came out in Walmart. I had been using it for 6 years. The free gifts with your orders work for mother's day and Christmas. GO YR

I love them...I buy the majority of my makeup through them..I also use them to buy holiday gifts for family members . Great prices on some things. I love getting free gifts as well w/any order.. that is one of the major perks that I like.

I use to really like Yves Rocher but lately the quality of the products as gone down hill . It seems thy are skimping on ingredients .I use to love there body lotions but the last time I bought my favorite I could barley smell it .its like they watered it down or something ,it actually smelled Old or satale .

Also big point, I put in a order one day, and a few hours later I discovered I used a credit card that I did not want to use. I called to cancel the order and was told ,On line orders can not be canceled .

I said ,But I just ordered it a few hours ago. The very French operator said sorry...
