It doesn't matter what time of the day or night (unless it is middle of the night) you call; they were always happy to answer the phone and help me out. I really appreciate that kind of personal service. If it happens that ramsestours doesn't answer the phone, you can leave a voice mail message and she will ALWAYS get back to you that day. We booked with Ramses Travel for several reasons: the price was excellent, the personal service was excellent, booking and paying for the tour was easy. Kareem, our guide, was so easy going, taught us some basic Egyptian language, and bent over backwards to accommodate our every whim. Whatever we wanted to do, no matter how long we wanted to stay, he did it. We took a 2-hour long personal car ride to Cairo from Alexandria with Kareem and driver, Mourad. They met us at the port, picked us up and off we went. First stop was the pyramids . . awesome . .got to go into one (hope you're not claustrophobic)...

Hye All just returned from a 13-memorable day-tour of Egypt, which was professionally arranged/managed by Ramses Tours. The cost is reasonable and the service excellent. If you are planning to go see the Pyramids, laze at the river Nile in a felucca, or a cruise towards Aswan, swim at the Mediterranean sea in Alexandria, etc., I highly recommend Ramses Tours. They will arrange everything for you, i.e., meet and assist at airports/train stations/boat stations, personalized tours, etc. It is a 5-star service indeed. We took the 9 days - 8 nights program, and were treated like V.I.P all along: guides and representatives were extremely attentive, helpful and kind in all the cities we visited, answering to our questions and doubts with loads of information. I had never travelled like this, and I will certainly recommend Ramses Tours to everyone who wants to travel to Egypt.

My family of 5 just returned from a RCI cruise that stopped at Alexandria.
We had booked our tour with Ramses months prior to departure. George, the tour operator was always very quick to answer my many questions and always made me feel that we would be taken very well care of. I even called him prior to leaving to make sure everything was well organized for us. Our ship was in Alexandria from 7am to 10pm. Everything we organized was carried out very nicely. We always felt safe and we were very satisfied with our guide and driver. We met our guide at the scheduled time of 7:30am. ...
