This stationary bike has loads of bells and whistles! The SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance frictionless system allows you to adjust your workout intensity without interrupting your workout. The 10 intensity levels allows the customer to reach specific workout and conditioning goals and the 8 personal trainer workouts control resistance of your bike for targeted, goal oriented training.

Simply grip handlebars for convenient, accurate heart rate reading and the large LCD display easy to read; tracks speed, time, distance, calories, and pulse so customer can monitor progress. Find a comfortable seat position for height and posture with the adjustable seat! Assembly required. Imported.
