On weight watchers, you can eat ANYTHING YOU WANT...in moderation.  You make small goals that are easily attainable, and you acheive them.  I weighed 228 pounds at the start of my diet.  My first goal was to lose 23 pounds in 12 weeks and weight 205.  I have lost 18 1/2 pounds in 8 weeks and weigh 209 1/2.  I have tried tons of diets and didn't like the recipes, the food, or starving myself, but this one really works with what I already eat!
