Weight Watchers has been the best choice I have made for my life in a long time. Since April of this year I have lost 26 pounds. That may not sound like a lot to you but with my summer being a constant run of picnics and parties I think it's great. I am averaging about a pound a week, consistenly and eating all the things I love. With the WW program you are taught how to convert your every day food loves into things you can eat and still lose weight. This is done through converting those foods into points and only eating a certain number of points per day, determined by your present weight. Figuring out the points requires some math but with a simple calculator, or if you want to invest some cash into a calculator through WW and it's simple. The website can really help to motivate and inspire you through testimonials from real people with real struggles who have lost real weight. Also the recipes, product information and message boards you can use to ask questions are so helpful and easy to us with a simple bit of typing. Once you choose to access the WW program there is nothing more you have to purchase other than your membership fees each month. Food products, program helps such as journals, etc. are all optional. Buying groceries is pretty much the same as before, adding in a few low fat items rather than my normal higher fat choices from the past. I recommened WW to anyone who has had difficulty sticking to a food/diet program in the past. If you are like me too many restrictions cause you to quit. Four months after my choice to follow WW I am still going strong. Why not take a chance? You may be the next person to be saying "the best choice I have made for my life in a long time".
