a dog owner, changing my lifestyle to lose weight, try to eat healthy, unhappy on a restrictive diet, a busy person, A common-sense dieter
Pros

    you are accountable for your actions, feel great, you are still able to go to restaurants, changes your lifestyle, very easy to follow the points system, A lot of options, helps you feel good about yourself

  In the past 5 months, i have lost 27 pounds on weight watchers.  I did it with a couple friends, and i must say it was easy and fun.  It is very easy to find food at the grocery store, and on most restaurant menus that work with the plan.  It is actually fun to count points.
