I lost weight a few different times on Weight Watchers. It's a great program especially for those that are anal like me about writing everything thing down. But even for the others that don't like to do that, they have a new program called the Core where you don't have to write things down. This is a GREAT program to help the first-time dieter get a grasp of what to eat, when, and how food effects your body. I really liked the meetings but also liked that you didn't have to go with the new online version as well. I think it is well worth the money.
