    Learn to eat healthy and exercise, you can eat your favorite foods, can still eat what you want on occasion!, Very flexible, changes your lifestyle, flexible, A lot of options, loose weight, You don't have to go it alone, premade foods available, Easy and fun to follow, helps you feel good about yourself, Teaches healthier ways of eating, There is no such thing as cheating, you are accountable for your actions, Easy to understand, the program works, it's one day at a time, Some great 1 and 2 point foods, you are still able to go to restaurants, feel great, very easy to follow the points system, easy to use

Weight Watchers has been incredible for me, someone who never wanted to diet. I ate and drank whatever I wanted, and it certainly packed on the pounds. I have lost over 20 lbs on WW in just over 3 months. I have learned so much about good foods vs. bad foods, and I can still eat the bad foods, just not as much of them. I think WW takes a healthier approach than many of the other fad diets - you should eat foods which are better for you to help you feel fuller and not overeat. I am hooked on the WW way of life!
