    Easy to understand, You don't have to go it alone, you can eat your favorite foods, Easy and fun to follow, flexible, easy to use, it's one day at a time, Get support at local meetings., Teaches healthier ways of eating, Learn to eat healthy and exercise, A lot of options, Some great 1 and 2 point foods, changes your lifestyle, the program works, helps you feel good about yourself, you are accountable for your actions, There is no such thing as cheating, you are still able to go to restaurants, feel great

Cons
    Can be hard work, as all diets are!, Some of their food is pricey., miss some food, Not a quick fix

I have been "doing" Weight Watchers for about 15 years.  I've fallen off the wagon a few times, but have always gotten back on.  The program welcomes you back and you just pick up where you left off.  It's VERY flexible and made for anyone's lifestyle.  You're never hungry, although you may not always feel "satisfied".  The program also addresses that, in that they work with you to change your mindset.  Food should not be the "be all and end all" in your life.  There are other wasy to find satisfaction.  The meetings and the support they give are wonderful.  You don't have to say anything.  You can just listen to others if that makes you comfortable.  Whether you talk or listen you can learn alot and know that vyou're not along in the struggle to lose weight.  They are non-judgemental!
