I joined Weight Watchers two years ago come nov 07. I was prompted to do something about my weight gain after bending over to pick up a dog toy and splitting my jeans. It was a slow and steady weight loss and I started going to a gym which i was never good at before. I have really gotten into cooking too and have a lot of weight watchers cook books. I think about food before i cook it or put it in my mouth. I became a LifeTime member back in July 06 and although my total weight loss was 52 lbs, i have stayed for the past year at around the 40 lbs weight loss mark. I still could stand to lose a little more, but i feel so much better about myself. Thanks to my Weight Watchers group.
