I joined Weight Watchers with two of my friends. I was the only one of our group that really benefitted from this Weight Watchers program. I stringently adhered to the program. I lost 15 pounds. That may not seem like a lot, but I was not extremely over weight. My friends on the other hand joined with the prospect of losing 50 pounds. Both of my friends had a difficult time sticking to the directions. Remember that to lose weight with any program it is always necessary to "follow the directions". And must is to add mobility to your program. Always add exercise to your weight loss program. And remember that as with Weight Watchers the pounds will easily come off. It is a must to stick to the daily program each and every day. Weight Watchers makes it easy to do that because you have a running diary every day about what you eat, how much you eat and how an active lifstyle can help you maintain your weight loss.
