Pros

    can still eat what you want on occasion!, Easy and fun to follow, weight watchers stick together, you are accountable for your actions, feel great

Cons
    you must not fall off the wagon, Not a quick fix, Some of their food is pricey., weight is slow to come off

I need the accountability that weight watchers offers. I tried going "off plan" and just watching what I ate on my own, but without the name "weight watchers" behind me, I gained back 10 pounds.
