Weight Watchers helped me learn to help myself to lose 55 pounds. At 50, I feel healthier, look better, and have learned how to eat wiser without giving up the foods that I love.
The best thing about Weight Watchers is that they teach you how to handle food in YOUR lifestyle. Yes, there is the conveninence foods, and lots of helpful cookbooks and tools if you need them, but most of all there is information and support through their meetings. WW also has a great website (weightwatchers.com) with e-tools for members to figure out recepies and explore new foods, as well as get advice and encouragement.
I have become a lifetime member, through which Weight Watchers will support me for life....meaning I have support to keep the weight off for good! I don't feel like I can't eat sweets, drink beer, or basically enjoy parties because Weight Watchers has taught me how to eat healthier and with balance. I don't diet anymore...I just have learned to enjoy what I eat and make healthier choices.
If I can lose 55 pounds and keep it off, anyone can! Thanks Weight Watchers!
