Weight Watchers Review

I have tried Weight Watchers  more than once, and I did well with it .

However I did not try hard enough.   I had very nice people there who were very incouraging too.  I just may go back again before summer, and try again! I need too!

More than how I look, now that I am older I must think abt medical problems, and keeping my weight down really helps that for me,

Weight Watchers has a great program and they have changed the plan again, I have heard.

Again  the people there were just so nice, never imbaressing anyone when they did not do as well as they should have.  It was fun going too, I made lots of buddies and my cousing went  so we competed, always trying to beat each other in how much weight we could get off !!    I would definaately encourage oathers who need to take off weight to GO! It does work when you really try !!
