Weight Watchers is the best "Diet" on the planet. I have watched many people, including myself, drop pounds the most sensible way possible.
One does need to remember that Weight Watchers is a lifestyle and not a "diet". In counting points to lose the weight and then counting points to maintain the weight, you find out what works for you may not work for another and therefore allows the flexibility to eat the foods you want.
I especially enjoy the online benefit. Recording your points each day is important. It makes you more aware of what you eating on a daily basis. The ability to input recipes and find out the points per serving on your own recipes is fantastic.
I also like the ability to trade exercise for food. It give you more of an incentive to get some kind of exercise every day.
The message boards are very handy as well, as you can join the right topic and group for your support.
