Pros

    you are accountable for your actions, feel great, can still eat what you want on occasion!, Easy and fun to follow, Easy to understand, easy to use, changes your lifestyle, A lot of options, helps you feel good about yourself

Cons
    you must not fall off the wagon, Can be hard work, as all diets are!, Some of their food is pricey.

I joined Weight Watchers in July of 2007. Years ago, my grandfather had lost quite a bit of weight with them. I'd come to the point in my life that I knew I couldn't lick this problem myself and needed help so, like my grandfather before me, I turned to Weight Watchers. I assumed it was going to be just another diet - boy, was I wrong! I am using the Points program and with it I have begun to view my intake for the day in the same manner that I view the money in my bank. I have x amount to spend for this day so what do I want to buy? Or, in this case, eat? I have perfect freedom in what I eat or don't eat, I don't feel deprived, and, best of all, I am never hungry. No unsatisfied cravings - if I want chocolate I eat it. So far I've lost 30lbs and I don't feel helpless and discouraged and it shows in everything I do.
