I absolutely love this "diet" It is the best out there because you can eat whatever you want, but portion control. It is common sense and does not make you crave things. Its easy, understandable, and gives you a lot of opportunity. I love how you can minus points per exercise activity so you know you won't go over points. I have been on WW for a long time and it works!
