I've been on Weight Watchers since August of 2005. This plan really works! They have two options; Flex and Core. I have lost weight using both ww plans, but perfer the Core plan due to it being more realistic for my lifestyle. There is no point tracking on this plan (except for some extra points you are given each week to treat yourself with certain portions of foods you love). On Core you get to eat foods which really fill you up and also rid your body of the toxins found in many processed foods. On this plan you will never be hungry and you will feel great. Weight Watchers is my #1 weight loss choice because you do not have to deprive yourself of anything, just learn moderation and portion control! Give it a try today!
