All my life I have struggled with my weight. As a teenager I kept my weight down by not eating. This only gave way to horrible eating habits as an adult. The last 10 years I've had many miscarriages and 2 babies. During this process I've gained an extra 100 pounds. I've tried weight loss pills, shakes, so many different things. I even thought that I would just accept my size and go on with life pretending to enjoy life. Last May we went on vacation and for the first time I had trouble fitting into a ride. Embarrassed was an understatement. I was mortified. At that time I decided to try something once again that had worked for me. Weight Watchers, June 2008 I started my weight loss journey agian. Last week I hit my 40 pound loss. Slow and Steady has been my motto but I'm hoping this time it will work. What I like is with this program is that it's easy and doable something you can do forever. This is a Lifestyle not diet!! For the first time in a long itme I have hope and I actually enjoy my life and look forward to my future. I haven't had that feeling in a long time.
